1. ORDERING
NEW CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
Browsing
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Brief descriptions of each item are given, and in most cases, a snapshot of the item, or book, video or cassette cover. Author and price information is also given.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
Click the "Add to Basket" button if you want to order an item. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until you have everything you wish to order. Click on "View Basket" to review items already selected for purchase.
Checking Out
Review the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Remove or Save any items you do not wish to purchase at this time. When you're ready to place your order for click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs will automatically be calculated for Standard method.
AVAILIBILITY
Most of our items are in stock, but since we’re a small company, the item you request may be on order or back ordered. Here are some typical availibility issues that might affect your order:
Items in-stock: We have these items in our inventory and will usually ship within 24-48 hours.
Items on-order: These items are being sent to us from the supplier and will usually ship to you within 5-7 days.
Back-orders: The supplier is also waiting for these items from the manufacturer or publisher, and we hope to ship them to you within 3-5 weeks.
Special orders: We must obtain these items directly from a supplier, and therefore hope to ship them to you within 3-5 weeks.
To determine when you will actually receive your items, add these various availibilities to the estimated shipping times found in the shipping section. Delivery time = availibility + shipping time.
USING A SHOPPING CART
When you wish to add an item to your Shopping Cart, simply click the "Add to Basket" button. This button can be found on every page of the website.
If you wish to buy more than one of any item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, do so by changing the number in the “Qty” area.
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, just click the "Delete" button, then click the "Update Basket" button.
Click the Continue Shopping button if you have more items you wish to buy.
2. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Your order will be shipped to you by a variety of shippers. For most items, shipping costs include packaging and insurance.
Standard Shipping : Will take 6-10 days to arrive at your destination.
Standard shipping is $0.12 per ounce; shipping for audio CDs is $2.50 each. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
We can ship surface, air, or express. Call or email us directly with your order, and give us a Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date. We will first charge your account for the order, and later charge your account again for shipping charges, after we have mailed your order. Your shipping charges will be the shipping fee + 15% for packaging, handling and insurance.
RETURNS
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items for a full refund, minus shipping costs. (We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):
any book in its original & re-sellable condition (or that we recommended and you didn't enjoy)
any unopened media (CD, video, cassette, etc)
any other item in new & re-sellable condition with original packaging and accessories
REFUNDS
We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will refund credit card purchases by a credit card credit. All other purchases will be refunded by check. Refunds will be sent out within 14-21 days after we have received and processed your returned item. Reminder: we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Wrap the returned item in a secure package and ship the package to:

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Check Cards, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders, and bank checks that are US denominated and are drawn on a US bank. Any order that you place must be prepaid.
